What types of hair do you sell? 

We offer 100% Virgin Remy human hair (our own brand), plus a range of heat-friendly synthetic and premium fiber wigs, toppers, and hairpieces. 

What's the difference between synthetic and human hair? 

• Human hair: Can be heat-styled, dyed, curled—just like your natural hair! Lasts 9-12+ months with good care. 
• Heat-friendly synthetic: Can be styled on low heat but doesn’t last as long as human hair. 
• Synthetic: Pre-styled & easy to maintain, but can't be heat-styled. 

Can I dye or tone my extensions? 

Only 100% Virgin Remy hair can be dyed or toned. We don’t recommend bleaching as it can damage the hair. 

What’s the best way to apply clip-in extensions? 

1️⃣ Section your hair 

2️⃣ Tease the roots slightly for grip 

3️⃣ Clip them in & blend for a natural look 

How do I choose the right length and thickness? 

• Fine hair? Opt for lighter sets or halo extensions for a seamless blend. 
• Medium to thick hair? A standard 100g+ set will blend beautifully. 
• Thick hair? Double-drawn extensions provide maximum volume and fullness. 

Are your wigs & extensions suitable for hair loss? 

Yes! We offer toppers, clip-in volumizers, and wigs designed for thinning hair & hair loss. 

What’s the difference between a lace-front and a full-lace wig? 

• Lace-front wigs: Realistic hairline, but the parting is fixed. 
• Full-lace wigs: Can be parted & styled any way you like! 

Can I wear a wig if I have short hair? 

Yes! Use a wig cap to flatten your natural hair for a smooth base. 

How do I wash my extensions or wig? 

Use sulfate-free shampoo & conditioner, then air dry for best results. 

How long will my extensions last? 

• Virgin Remy Hair: 9-12+ months (with good care) 
• Heat-friendly synthetic: 3-6 months 
• Synthetic: 2-3 months 

Can I sleep in my extensions? 

Not recommended for clip-ins or halos. If you wear permanent extensions, braid them before bed & use a silk pillowcase. 

What’s the best way to store my wig or hairpiece? 

Keep it on a wig stand or in a silk bag to avoid tangling. 

Can I use heat tools on synthetic hair? 

Only if it's heat-friendly fiber—and even then, keep it on low heat! 

How long does delivery take?

Can I return hair extensions or wigs? 

Due to hygiene regulations, we only accept returns on unopened & unused products within 14 days. No returns are currently available for special orders from the USA. 

What if I get the wrong product? 

Contact us within 14 days, and we’ll sort out a replacement or refund if applicable.
