Returns & Refunds for Wigs, Toppers & Hair Extensions

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 28 days of receiving it, as long as it’s unworn and in its original condition & packaging.

Please note, worn, cut, dyed, or toned, including items sent back for further investigation.

Before You Return or Exchange:

  • The item and packaging must be in tact, returns won’t be accepted if it’s been removed or damaged.
  • If there is a tester piece of hair, it must be returned in its original state.
  • For hygiene reasons, we can only refund or exchange hair products that haven’t been opened, worn, or tampered with.
  • All original packaging must be included in your return.

How to Return Your Item:

  1. Complete our online returns form before sending your item back.
  2. Post your return using a courier of your choice – we strongly recommend a tracked and insured service for peace of mind.

  4. We’ll process your return within 14 working days of receiving it.

Important Notes on Returns:

  • Pack your return securely – we can’t refund items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging.
  • Unfortunately, we can’t cover return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
