In compliance with health and safety regulations for all alternative hair products, please ensure that Returns are unused, in original packaging, with labels intact. Postage costs are your responsibility.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return. We reserve the right to refuse items that don’t meet these conditions.
